Student Complaint Policy

Professional Career Training Institute (PCTI) is approved and regulated by Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), Career Schools and Colleges, 101 East 15th Street, Austin, Texas, 78778-0001. The TWC assigned school number is S2118. All programs are approved by TWC and accredited by the Council on Occupational Education, 7840 Roswell Road, Building 300, Suite 325, Atlanta, GA 30350.

Students must address any issues or concerns about PCTI or any of its educational programs by following the grievance process outlined in the student catalog. Students who are dissatisfied with PCTI’s response to their complaint or who are not able to file a complaint with the PCTI, can file a formal complaint with TWC, as well as with the accrediting agency.
