All crime information at PCTI is disclosed information. Offense information is withheld in the PCTI database. Data is disclosed for any crime, act of violence, or sex offense of any kind that results in any type of disciplinary proceeding. If the alleged victim is deceased as a result of the crime or offense, the information shall be provided, upon request, to the next of kin of the alleged victim. When PCTI learns of violations of law or policy on the campus, specified sanctions will be imposed and recurring violations will be treated with appropriate seriousness.
