PCTI has instituted a Campus Dime Policy as set forth by the U.S. Department of Education. To comply with this regulation, PCTI receives 90% or less of its revenue from Title IV funds and 10% or more from student payments, state educational grants and scholarships, private grants or scholarships, and federal educational assistance payment for military personnel and veterans.
